CBCA and Zart Art Presents Authors and Illustrators

CBCA Authors and Illustrators


Zart Art and CBCA invite you to an evening of discussion around books FEATURING FAMILIES, it will be chaired by Suzanne Thwaites, and the speakers are Mitch Vane, Anna Walker, Lucia Masciullo and Stephen Michael King.



Date: Thursday 27th October Time: 5.30pm until 8.00pm Venue: Student Gallery Zart Art N.B. Limited to the first 70 respondents. Mont Albert Primary School Arts Festival

Mont Albert Primary School is proud to announce the forthcoming Arts Festival – “One World, Many Stories.”


This will be a new and exciting opportunity for students to showcase their achievements in the Specialist areas.

The Festival will be held over two nights, due to the number of families attending – with A-K on Tuesday 23rd August

and L-Z on Thursday 25th August from 6 to 8pm.

All students will be exhibiting their art work in an art show and selected students will perform musical, dance, gymnastics and poetry recitals in the school hall and library. The Parent’s Club will be providing a Sausage Sizzle and refreshments on both nights.

There are no tickets required for this event however we do request a gold coin donation upon entry, to partially cover the costs of equipment hire for both nights. A program for the Festival will be available prior to the night and accessible from the school website.

Education Show 2011 - Zart Art Hamper Winner

Congratulations Satoshi Okita Year One teacher at Wheelers Hill Primary School won the $500 hamper of art resources and materials for the school just by visiting the Zart Art stand at the Education Show and filling out a form. How easy was that. Don't forget to visit us at next year's show for your chance to be a winner.
Thank you to all the people who visited us at the show and I hope the resources we were able to give to you will support your teaching in the future.

Education Show at Caulfield Racecourse 5th and 6th August 10am - 4pm

If you are visiting the Education Show on Friday 5th August and Saturday 6th August at Caulfield Racecourse make sure you visit Zart Art on stand 43 and enter our hourly prize draw of fabulous resources. All you have to do is fill out an entry form with your name, school and email address and you get the chance not only to win a resource pack but also go into the draw for the hamper of resources and products.This will be drawn at the end of the show and the winner notified on Monday 8th August.

Dreaming with Open Eyes

I attended the opening of Pamela Irving's Dreaming with Open Eyes exhibition at The Light Factory in Eltham and was blown out by the breadth of her talent. The big bold bright colours of her paintings can't help but bring a smile to your face. The quirky titles will make you giggle, so if your day needs brightening up I can highly recommend this exhibition.
